Thinking if bumper cover doesn't have mounting to screw into no if it does yes. Back side had holes to mount on the ones I installed

Hi Stephanie, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, this fog light kit comes as a complete assembly with housing, lens and bulbs already. The fog light lens is made up of polycarbonate plastic. This item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
