Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Jul 05It does. The pclips are integrated into the mold. However. They did not fit my bumper properly so I had to drill holes through it and mount the trim using nuts and bolts. It could have been a fluke since I replaced the bumper as well. So I'm not sure if the bumper holes were miss placed or the trim was.
