This bumper fits the 2016-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD All Submodels All Engines. The fitment and mounting would be the same for with or without the air holes. The difference would be, bumpers with air holes suck the air from under the vehicle giving it a more has a more aerodynamic effect. Studies have shown that it increases the speed by about 3km per hour. Example; Bumper without holes From A to B: 205km/h compared to Bumper with holes From A to B: 208km/h.
