HA!!! Up is down, down is upFront Driver Power Window Switch

Installed the new control panel. Pretty Straight forward. All switch's work like original, OEM, except the drivers window is backwards. Auto is up, OEM is down, All the other switches forward is down, except the drivers window is backwards; forward is up, rearward is down. HaHaHa!! One plug with only one way to fit together! Maybe this is the down-under model.
