The bumper was good, finished well, fit well, top pads were broken coming out of the box. Tabs that hold the pads to the bumper were broken off, I had to use adhesive to attach the pads, I hope they stay on.

03 GMC 2500 HD. - Nice OE replacement. Had a small bend under the plastic step when arrived but easy to tweak into place. Did not use the Back-up light covers and reused OEM which were a bit higher quality even with age. The ones provided are plastic chrome vs black and the lens/covers did not fit all that great. Overall great experience. Blasted the entire thing with Fluid Film on the inside surfaces. Material Gauge and other characteristics we near identical. I also purchased the spare tire port/cover seperately as I expected the OE would no be reusable.

I do not know. I installed this on my 2007 2500HD. If the frame remained the same, it will. It was a fairly simple install for 2 guys.

Hi Chris,
The hitch mount will not be mounted on this step bumper, it will go underneath it and bolts to the frame of the truck.

Your hitch will mount to your frame. But there is two holes to mount the bumper to the hitch receiver

I have a 2500 and the factory installed hitch does not mount to the bumper, however there are mounting points on the bumper.
This bumper is a lighter metal than OEM so I would not recommend the bumper as the only mounting point. And watch your toung weight.

Yes this bumper is the same as the factory bumper. The bumper itself bolts to the frame .
