Hi Dean,
Yes, those headlights are guaranteed to fit the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 8 Cyl 4.8L. Those are like the original headlight with adjustment screws at the back of the headlight housing.

Yes, the headlights we sell has the adjuster screw for the focus(up and down) located at the back of the housing.
