Less than $150 and one week later I had an original part ready to install. I purchased the toe eye turn and lock retainer replacement fasteners easily online from a different supplier, a bag of 25 retainers for $15. Some suppliers offered 6 for $6, but i wasn't going to wait two weeks for shipping.
