Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, May 28not without a lot of work. Your car might not be wired for the window. You will need to replace the panel with the controls. It is a lot of work. I would not bother. My 2001 Ford F350 has crank windows. I don't go to drive throughs so it is no bother other than on a toll road.
