I could see the quality of the liftgate supports as soon as I unpacked them. I went right to the Vue with a screwdriver to remove the retaining clips. Done in under 5 minutes. And no cool weather slow fall. The gate stays up like it just rolled out of the showroom floor. Glad I did this just for the ease of putting things in the rear of the SUV.
