Hi Robert. As per checking, this is an OE Replacement so there's no welding required for installation.

Question: 2007 Chrysler 300C rear wheel drive diagnosis showing code p420 one and two I want to know which side would it be the driver side or the passenger side?Charles S. / Sep 26, 2022 / 2006 Chrysler 300Driver Side Catalytic Converter, 5.7L, 8Cyl, Federal Epa Standard, 46-State Legal (Cannot Ship To Ca, Co, Ny Or Me), Rwd, Direct Replacement Series, Direct Fit
Hi Charles, I'm glad to assist you. The correct trouble code is P0420 (not P420). The information says you need to replace the catalytic converters. It does not say left or right, however. You will need to replace both sides. The part number for the pair is SET-REPC960331. Grab our sale price with 41% off already. Click the link below to buy these today. Happy shopping!

The P420 code I believe is O2 sensor Bank 1 & Sensor 1. Bank 1 I am guessing in the Drivers side? Suggest changing both and the other side will likely so bad also. Plus those flex joints were both worn out on my 2006 300C.
