I received my item in a bubble wrap plastic bag. It had 3 broken tabs. I called customer service and they were glad to ship me out a new one free of charge. I suggested that they put the next one in a box to prevent the vulnerable tabs from being broken again. The representative agreed and noted it for shipping. I got the second item (again) in a bubble wrap plastic bag with another broken tab. Just bought some plastic-weld and fixed it myself so I could use it.
