Question: What advantage or performance improvements will this have over the existing original throttle body that came with the trooper ? The trooper now surges under 3000 rpm .. we’ve done a rebuild kit .. it’s located in Costa Rica.. what other parts will I need to put this on the trooper .. we’ve replaced most things oxygens sensor, idle positioner etc.Robert B. / Apr 13, 2022 / 2004 Chrysler Town & CountryUniversal, High-Flow Efi Series Throttle Body

We suggest fixing any existing problems (i.e., the surging) before adding performance modifications to your vehicle. Also, because this part is not designed to fit your Trooper, I cannot tell you whether fitment is even possible.
If you're located in Costa Rica, another thing to keep in mind is that CarParts.com only ships within the continental United States.
