Yes, this replaces the original bumper itself.

Answered by Arnel E. / Fri, Dec 11Yes this is a replacement, you will need the hardware from the existing bumper (such as the metal clips, and the other internal hard plastic parts, up and lower grille so be careful when removing the old one) make sure those are not damaged. You will also need plastic rivets and a rivet gun to attach. This just the bumper cover.
