Need to find a better way to ship the bumper covers. This was one of worst that I have received. Don't like them fold they really lose their shape and it's hard to get it back.

Yes it fits when u receive it dont freak out cause its folded up in a compact box about 3ft x4ft .when u get it open it up n unfold n set it in the sun for a few hrs n it will shape itself to how it was manufactured

Fasteners don't come with it. You need 2 bolts to attach it to the fender. 6 bolts for the fog lights ( if you have fog lights), an 1 to 2 bolts for the grill depending on the style of grill you choose.
The fender bolts are Mopar® 68203636AA
You will also need an assortment of body panel pins.
