It is an actuator that opens and closes blend doors. There are 3 in my charger I had to remove dash to get into it and replace it. Best option is too google issue to determine which one it is. All 3 actuators are the same , order 1 it can be used to replace any of them.

William: I am no expert, but I agree with Grace G's answer. I had a similar problem in my 2013 Dodge Caravan and this was, in fact, the problem. To add to Grace's good news, these parts are not very difficult to access and replace. You can do this!
