The product fit as designed, window switches work as it should, lock switches work as it should to lock, but will not unlock when switch is engaged to unlock.

Hi Cheri, I'm glad to assist you. Here is a procedure to fix the issue:
1. Perform a Proper Window Reset/Relearn Procedure
Since you've already tried resetting, ensure the correct procedure is followed:
-Key in the "ON" position (engine off).
-Manually lower the window fully by holding the switch down.
-Hold the switch down for 5 seconds after the window reaches the bottom.
-Manually raise the window fully by holding the switch up.
-Hold the switch up for 5 seconds after the window reaches the top.
-Repeat the process if necessary.
This sequence helps the system relearn the window travel limits. I hope this helps!
