According to CarParts site they will fit various models all the way from 2006 & up.
I copied off their site the info about 13-18 so I'm guessing they should fit your 17.
2013-2018 Ram 1500 All Submodels All Engines Incl. 13.23 in. Front-13.86 in. Rear
We bought them for our 12 Ram 5.7 hemi Big Horn 4x4 and they said they fit and they did.

I am not seeing an 8 lug type of Brake Disc and pad kit. Since you did not specify your vehicle application, you actually can look it up by following the steps below.
On the homepage, please enter your application, simply select your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine size and click “Go.” Once your application is selected, type the name of the part you need on the top search box and press enter(for ex. "brake disc and pad kit").
