Great fan it, it fits fine it doesnt turn on from coolant temp its all wired into one clip, so dont be afraid if they dont come on instantly they go off of engine temp

Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Sep 02It is the standard RAM 1500 FAN that is needed for the AC to operate while the engine is idling. It is technically referred to as the "condenser (ac) fan". Really has nothing to do with towing. 1500 RAM's tow regardless of anything to do with AC as long as you are towing correctly and within the weight limits of the truck.

Answered by Mitchell D. / Wed, Aug 12All in one what? You turn on the AC, the condenser fan comes on. It is a one piece unit that that does not come apart and you plug your harness into. If you have an OEM condenser fan that is standard equipment, no problem.

Answered by Craya / Thu, Sep 03I got one for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. I unhooked the a/c lines, replaced old condenser unit with new one. I replaced a/c lines. My buddy works for Dodge, so he replaced the Freon for me. Works great!
