I ordered the left rear window motor n regulator.(behind the driver), Instead I received the right rear. When I called to correct the problem I was sent a return email, which I took to FedEx, They down loaded the return info and took the box, then I started receiving numerous Emails from you guys about some RMA # !!!!. I wanted the Item I ordered not a refund. Which I've texted a few times. No response on my request. Do I order it somewhere else or am I getting the left rear regulator and motor.,??

Based on your request to get a replacement, unfortunately, it is no longer an option. This is due to refund has been issued to your account last 02/21/20 for the full amount of $59.57. I requested our stocks to be verified, if they are really for the driver side location as stated on the website. This is for us to correct any mislabeled issue, if there’s any. Hi John, thanks for initiating contact. No, it may not work. This is specifically designed for the crew cab version of the Dodge Ram. The mega cab and crew cab versions of the Dodge Ram often have different dimensions and configurations, especially in the rear door areas. We do not have the regulators for the mega cab.
