Instructions were pretty good. Time to install took about 1 hr. Perhaps I'm too meticulous.. trying to get the side rails lined up with the top of the truck bed rails. I did this myself but having a "third hand" would make the installation easier. I've had this on most of the winter and it has held up well so far (4 months later). Does not appear to need any adjusting at this time. We'll see how this holds up through the summer. Happy with the product thus far...
