Although the promised delivery date was pushed back by several days due to a problem at Car Parts' warehouse, the company kept me truthfully informed about the process and, ultimately, made good on its second delivery date. I felt included, rather than excluded, and for that I am appreciative. Additionally, the part's cost seemed fair to me, unlike the gouging I have noted elsewhere online.
