Question: What does the in& out put sensor do. ?Kelvin B. / Jun 12, 2024 / 2000 Ford ExpeditionSpeed Sensor, Transmission Input/Output/Vehicle Speed Sensor
Hi Kelvin, thanks for initiating contact. These sensors are designed to monitor the speed of the transmission input shaft and output shaft, or vehicle speed in a vehicle. The speed sensors use a magnetic pickup to detect the rotation of a toothed wheel or reluctor ring attached to the monitored shaft.
