I have order multiple parts from this website and I have NOT been satisfied with some purchases due to shipping issues BUT what I can say is that their customer support team is pretty amazing!! Their active chat line is on top of their game and they always are willing to help you find any RIGHT part for your vehicle as if you were standing in line at your local parts store. If you use the chat line (which I hated using before) they will easily help you find a part and see if they have it in stock or not. Yes, I have been inconvenience by their shipping methods but just make sure you dont need the part right away because it CAN possibly take longer. Overall, each part I have ordered was the right one (thank God) and the customer service is actually really great coming from a real critic when it comes to reviews. I will continue my business with them also because their prices can be unbeatable!!!
