No it comes with no hardware and my 96 Bronco is an XLT so I returned them. If you don't have anything, they are better than nothing, but far from nice. Weird velvet instead of carpet, no padded area on top and you can't transfer you're. Plus, there is just slots for a vent below, you can't pop in your screen. Really not so great......KB

These match the gray on my 95 F150 XLT. However they are sprayed gray and you can scratch the paint off so be careful once you install them not to scratch them. Because they’re just black plastic. But they fit and they work
