Hi Noisj, I'm glad to assist you. No, this item does not come with installation/mounting hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. It is guaranteed to fit the 2011 to 2017 Ford F150, all submodels 5.0L. We have a set of valve cover gaskets (we do not sell the driver side only).
