It fit my 2019 F150 perfectly. It has the correct electrical connections for the heat. It does have power glass. It has blind spot glass. It does have the signal light as indicated. Again I own a 2019, and not a 2018.

They manufactured so many models, the best advise I can give is you need to confirm the number of pins (electrical connection) has to be a perfect match, good luck
