My son just installed the brake caliper about a week ago. So far, the performance is good. The item was shipped to me in timely fashion. The only negatives are they wrong bracket was shipped, but they are cast iron and the one on the truck was still in great condition so he used it, and the fact that the process to return the 20+ pound core is a little confusing - as it probably is with any company. The online Chat was very helpful with the questions I had about the core return. Still working on getting it boxed up properly and shipped so can't attest to handling of the credit. Overall, very pleased with my business dealings with <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> so far.
