I ordered this direct-fit replacement actuator from <a href="http://CarParts.com" target="_blank">CarParts.com</a> after diagnosing a 4WD issue on my 2010 Raptor 6.2L. Upon inspecting the original driver's side unit, I discovered that the internal vacuum diaphragm was completely torn, causing a massive vacuum leak that prevented the hub from operating properly. The new part arrived quickly and matched the factory specs exactly. The installation process was straightforward. It bolted directly onto the knuckle without any modifications required, and the vacuum lines and electrical terminal lined up seamlessly. As soon as everything was reassembled, my 4WD engagement was completely restored to normal, and all grinding noises disappeared.
