This was a perfect fit for my 2004 ford 5.4. It took about 30 minutes to change it out, but I got lucky as no bolt heads were stripped when I loosened them. Had to make some minor adjustments to bolts on new one to get them to line up correctly other wise everything went smoothly.

Yes, you can transfer the emblem from the original grille of the same type to this new grille assembly.

depends on the year. i have 2004 f150 and oem was 9inch emblem. this grill accepts the smaller 7inch emblem
