Part arrived on time and was the correct part. It does NOT include new mounting hardware, but inwas able to reuse the old. Also, it doesn't include the Ford badge. Again, used the old. No complaints.

I've never seen one in all gloss black. This is chrome plastic so you could sand it and paint it yourself with a spray can. Go to any automotive paint store and they will tell you what sand paper to purchase. Then use a plastic primer to help adhesion of the gloss black. I've done it this way and it comes out fine. After Time to let the paint harden you can use a light sand paper to smooth it and use polishing compound to bring back the luster. A good paint shop will help you do it yourself or they can do it for you.
