These headlights fit my 2013 Ford F150 XLT perfectly. They look great! The install was as easy as three screws, three plug-ins, and now the front of my truck looks like new! Yes, the bulbs are separate, but all three come pre-installed with the new assembly.

However, for the non-CAPA, keep in mind that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality.
