I did get the door handle, but it was the wrong one. I made a mistake when ordering, rather than saying my truck is a 2013 model I think i said it is a 2014 model. fortunately the front and the rear are the same and my sons removed the rear and installed it on the front door. My bad. Can I return the handle and get the right one?

The piece looked exactly like my broken one from the 2004 F-150. No problem installing except one of the bolt holes just seemed a little weird. It tightened all the way in but just seemed a little off and it wasn't me stripping it or anything on my part. Still, I completely happy and the handle has worked just fine.

This part fits & connects like it should, but I don't like the action on it. It won't open the door unless it is fully pulled.
