Use the included template, drill where it says to with included drill bit,use a long narrow ( small diameter) screwdriver or Allen wrench into drill bit hole, poke out the old light ,take off wires reconnect wires to new light and reinstall.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Fri, Dec 18When you order the new ones it comes with a template you stick on the mirror and a small drill bit. Drill the small hole where it says on the template. Insert a small screwdriver to release the clip. Also comes with a tiny rubber plug to put in the hole. It's a very small hole you can't really see under the bottom edge .

Answered by John D. / Fri, Dec 18You have to tilt mirror all the way down and release all the clips where it attaches then you can access screws to remove lights. Make sure it’s not the fuse to it first it’s located behind the kick plate drivers side. Same one as fog lights
