This is for the rear, right side. The passenger side is the right side when seated inside the vehicle, driver side is the left side.

Hi Joe,
The crew cab type is with 4 full door similar size for the front and rear. While the supercrew is also called supercab which has two front full doors and a short door for the rear left and right.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Oct 04Actually, there is no difference. SuperCrew and Crew Cab are 4 full-sized doors. Extended cab or SuperCab has the 2 front full-sized doors and smaller suicide doors in the rear. Other manufactures call their cab configurations differently.

Hi Paul! Not much information to work with. If your King Ranch is an F150 Crew Cab between 2004 and 2008, then it will fit.
