Hi, The bumper end caps are the plastic extensions(or even steel) on each side of the front bumper that can either be painted to match or textured finish type. This bumper you are checking is without the bumper end cap design, since this is a whole metal design that goes curved on the side of the fender as well. The one with bumper end caps is with the caps on each side of the bumper. The steel portions stops in the front only.
