I had put everything new on my 2003 S-10 ZR-2 including 4tires and an alignment.the only thing I hadn’t replaced was shocks and steering stabilizer,truck drove great but kind of bounced sideways when going over rough spots in the road. So I replaced the steering stabilizer,took all of 20 minutes,made a huge difference over the rough road. I would definitely recommend.

Hi Bif, I'm glad to assist you. No, it is incompatible. The matching steering stabilizer is part number BIL24245975. On the fitment notes, it says "Vehicles without O.E. stabilizer must purchase Bilstein bracket kit part # B4-KT1-Z326A00." We do not carry the Bilstein bracket kit, however.
