Overall the mirror was of decent quality and served as a good replacement on my 2013 Ford Fiesta SE. My only issue is that the mirrors on my car had turn sign lights built into the construction of the mirror and the purchased replacement did not. Other than this issue I was satisfied with my purchase. Also, to purchase a higher end mirror with the turn signal indicator was going to cost between $300 - $400.

Needed L.H. ordered RH I guess not sure how finally recieved email on how many hurtles there are. All this time car still needs driver mirror.
Never answer phone or call back!
Should payed more and and dealt with real people car would be fixed.
NEVER AGAIN WEB SITE CONFUSING.
