Overall, very happy with how the install turned out and how well this all works. There are some minor drawbacks, such as this part not having the mounting points for the factory heatshield (although I suspect that is due to another factor), the headers get in the way of a couple of the manifold bolts and you cannot get a torque wrench on one of them at all, and the mounting on the underside for the factory bracket does not have welded nuts and mine only lined up with one of the holes. One thing to keep in mind with this part that isn't listed is that the diameter of the headers and the downpipe is larger than factory, so it is a good performance upgrade if you're going to a 2.5" catback exhaust, but it works just fine with the factory 2" catback as well.

This manifold/catalytic converter combo dropped in and bolted up to my 2012 Ford Focus SE perfectly. My check engine light is off and my car runs like it's supposed to again.
Now, the only thing I could complain about is the price. It's priced like they have a monopoly on this part. lol It could be a little lower considering how many options there are out there. I only chose this one because I love and trust the Magnaflow brand and price wasn't an issue for me.
To anyone installing one of these at home, if you have taken off the tray below the windshield and still can't figure out how to get enough room to remove the old unit or install the new, lift the radiator reservoir and fold it over out of the way, remove the two bolts on the passenger side engine mount that holds it to the engine bay and pull the motor forward. It moves very easy.
