Yes you can get your money back if you order the wrong part or you can exchange it for the right part. I had a similar problem with a starter that I ordered. They sent me a starter for a Automatic Honda Civic and what I needed was a starter for a Manuel Honda Civic. I finally got the right part and thanked them for the exchange.
