This was advertised as textured gray. It came as all black. I was told it was basically this or nothing since they were out of stock. Nothing was said about being out of stock until I called to check on why they did not ship the correct part. The response from the representative was less than stellar. If appearance is critical for your project, be wary and ask ahead if you can.

We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience. Based on our records, the Grille Assembly is advertised as Textured Dark Gray and not Textured Gray. The color/finish of a textured dark gray is somewhat related to black. It shows that you were assisted by our Customer Service Representative and you opted to get a replacement, however, during that time, the part is not available. To date, the part is available with one of our warehouse, may we know if you still opt to get a replacement. Please be informed that if we process the replacement on this order, you will be receiving a textured dark gray Grille Assembly which is what our website advertised.

My package was open upon arrival. One of the two grille clips had fallen off the grill, and out of the (open) box before the package had arrived. Luckily i was able to salvage one from my old grille and made it work. Quality of the grille is 5 stars, package condition was 1 star (for arriving opened..) So 3 stars for overall experience.
