Unfortunately on my vehicle it wasn’t necessarily a direct fit but it wasn’t a product issue it was an issue with the production model of my vehicle. But with a few hand made adjustments everything fit perfectly.

Question: Do they have grease fittings will they fit f 150 ford truck 2001 v6 4.2?A Shopper / Nov 28, 2020 / 2001 Ford RangerFront, Driver And Passenger Side, Upper And Lower Ball Joints
Hi, Yes, these have grease fittings. This item fits 1998-2001 Ford F-150 XLT 6 Cyl 4.2L. To check the fitment please use our Vehicle Selector — which can be found towards the top of the homepage as well as all categories, search results, and product pages — can help verify if a part will fit your specific application. To enter your application, simply select your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, and engine type and click “Go.” Once your application is selected, you’ll see a “Guaranteed to Fit” badge if the part will fit, and we recommend that you also double-check Your Vehicle Fit Details as well as the Vehicle Fitment Information table on the product page.
