Emilio The part I ordered fit perfectly for the front passenger side door of a 2013 Corolla. However, the smoothness with which the door opens now is not as effortless as the original Toyota part. I guess you get what you pay for? Tom

Door ajar switch plugs into door lock mechanism. It's a pain in the butt to get access to it. One mechanic I went to spent 1.5 hrs and couldn't figure out how to do it. Check YouTube for how to videos.
