The service and product are excellent. Unfortunately there was a trimming cut that made the dash cover unusable. I called Kay at customer service and she helped me get the information they needed to supply a replacement cover in short order. New cover received and it is a perfect fit. Beautiful, this fits right over the dash perfectly. I just wish it came with the defrost vent louvers already in or even as a separate part. That is what dry rotted on my 1991 Chevy Silverado. Install was pretty easy, even for a 69 yr old lady!
