Mounting bolt too soft.Front Motor Mount, Sold Individually

While mechanic installed part on my 2011 chevy traverse the bolt on the motor mount snapped off. Had to purchase another from Car quest. It seems that the parts I get have a problem with bolt hardness due to when installed with 3/8 RATCHET they snap. This is not first part that has done this and I am getting leary of getting parts due to strength of steel
