They work, you have to screw them together to be like pictured. I had none, so definitely better than that, but over all they are great looking. I could see a one piece mold lasting longer, but they are decent

I have a 91 Silverado and they fit perfectly. Be very careful about removing them and reinstalling them. Old brittle plastic! Keep superglue handy!
