When I opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the high quality of the rubber material the door gasket was made from. I also noticed that the gasket was three times thicker than the original. Installation took me three hours because I had to disassemble all of the door trim and some of the plastic panels to release the old weatherstripping. When I was finished, I noticed that the door doesn't close all the way unless you slam it shut. Upon examination, it seems that the weatherstripping is too thick to allow the door to close properly.

installed in 10 min. seems to be good stuff. its a bit early to judge the long term durability. I've only had it installed for a few weeks.

I had a lot of wind noise before replacing with these door sills. Now that noise is gone.
