I replaced the old one because I was replacing the catalytic converter anyway so it's hard to tell if my performance gains come from the new exhaust, new O2 sensor, or all of the above.
It fit, I have no lights and the truck runs great.

Exact fit as advertised. Significant performance improvement. If the vehicle has >100k miles it's due for new sensors. Reasonable DIY project with minimal wrench skills.
