Hi R, I'm glad to help you out. This kit is only for the rear. Upon checking, we do not have in stock the front leaf spring hanger for the extended cab, we only have for the standard cab for the 1999-2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT all engines. I hope this helps. Have a nice day.
