The item arrived with two small but visible dings. The body shop will be able to repair them, but I should not have to have the body shop repair a brand new product, it should arrive intact. I did not want to deal with a return process so I did not give them an opportunity to fix the problem, so I am still rating it three stars.

The price was very competitive and the service was great... however the shipping container was NOT damaged but the tailgate was. Obviously damaged before it was crated. Poor QA at the manufacture site.
I was given a very fair rebate for the damages.

No, this item is only primed finish. We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.
