Question: Do i have to get ball joints compressed?Robin R. / Jun 17, 2021 / 2004 GMC Sierra 1500Front, Driver And Passenger Side, Upper And Lower Ball Joints, Non-Adjustable, Bolt-On Mounting Type, Rwd
Hi Robin, I'm glad to help you out. The upper ball joints need to be pressed while the lower ball joints are bolt on. Use the link below to order while the part is on sale. I hope this helps. Happy shopping. https://www.carparts.com/ball-joint/truedrive/set-repc282328-4?can=cpab2020

Lower, no. 4 bolts hold it in. Upper, yes. A ball joint press is required to remove and reinstall ball joint.
